Thousands of Kapamilyas in Cavite got the chance to see their favorite stars up close as ABS-CBN brought its “Bida Kapamilya” event to the province for a day of thanksgiving and revelry led by the cast of the upcoming crime thriller mystery drama “Sins of the Father.”

The celebration, which happened last Sunday (June 8), commenced at General Trias City Hall Plaza with free services and treats for Cavitenos, followed by a motorcade downtown with the “Sins of the Father” stars Jessy Mendiola, JC De Vera, RK Bagatsing, Francine Diaz, JV Kapunan, LA Santos, Elyson De Dios, and Gerald Anderson, who brought their A-game to delight the crowd.

The fun continued onstage at Robinson’s Place General Trias’ activity center with the appearance of the “Sins of the Father” cast members along with Seth Fedelin, which brought cheers and thrills to the ecstatic audience.

“TNT All-Star Grand Resbak” champion Marko Rudio also rocked the “Bida Kapamilya” Cavite leg with his forthcoming release, “Pag-asa Kada Bukas,” which will be the official soundtrack of “Sins of the Father.” ASAP Singing Champs Khimo Gumatay and Reiven Umali likewise serenaded the crowd.

Rising P-pop boy band 1621, meanwhile, performed tracks from their “Sapulso” EP, “Maria” and “Bababa,” to the delight of the energetic fans who also swayed to “Bababa’s” viral dance craze.

The audience also enjoyed special performances from the cast of ABS-CBN’s upcoming digital movie “The Four Bad Boys and Me,” Anji Salvacion, Harvey Bautista, Dustine Mayores, AC Bonifacio, Analain Salvador, Krystal Brimner, and Gela Alonte.

DJ JhaiHo, Eris Aragoza, Aiyana Perlas, and Eva Ronda brought the house down as hosts of the fun-filled event.
