Chief Executive Officer Eu Chin Fen described Fraser Suites Reserve as the next strategic step in strengthening the portfolio. She added that it responds to the changing expectations of travellers used to the world’s leading hospitality standards.

A Luxury Tier Built On Long-Stay Experience

The brand is built on the idea that time is the ultimate luxury for today’s global professionals. Each property is meant to combine design, service, wellness and lifestyle experiences so that guests can focus on work, wellbeing, relationships or personal interests.

Rooms are designed as private spaces within the city. Many include integrated kitchenettes so guests can keep their home routines, which the company notes matters most on longer stays. Fraser Suites Reserve Bangkok will open in phases from December 2026. The grand opening is planned for March 2027, when all facilities and experiences will be available. The 255-room property will occupy the top ten floors of a 45-storey premium office and retail tower at One Bangkok, located at the intersection of Rama IV Road and Wireless Road, with views across the Bangkok skyline and the Chao Phraya River.
